Authorizing the creation of a Not-for-Profit Provider Task Force to review the City's contract and procurement processes with non-profit providers and propose recommendations for improved business practices

Amending Chapter 12-1100 ("Miscellaneous Regulations and Penalties") and Chapter 12-2800 ("Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations") of The Philadelphia Code, making revisions to disability parking space standards and procedures, creating an application process for residential disability parking spaces limited for use by a specific person with disability, creating a new administrative hearing process, and amending applicable penalties.

Authorizing the installation, ownership, replacement, and maintenance of various encroachments in the vicinity of 615 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by amending Section 14-524, entitled "/FDO, Fourth District Overlay District." to add provisions related to affordable housing, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," to add a Chapter requiring individuals with responsibility for determination or evaluation of means and methods used during construction or demolition to provide notification to the City upon becoming aware of a violation of law or a substandard practice that presents a substantial threat of serious bodily injury or damage to property; and making technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
