Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by extending the authorized duration of temporary parking permits and setting new permit application fees, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the installation, ownership, and maintenance of various encroachments along the 700 Block of Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, under certain terms and conditions.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Norris street between Belgrade street and Gaul Street; Ritter street between Dauphin street and Norris street; York street between Mercer street and Thompson street; Hagert street between Cedar street and Gaul street; Wishart street between Frankford avenue and Emerald street; Delancey street between S. 2nd street and Front street; Front street between Spruce St and Pine street; Spruce street between S. 2nd street and S. 3rd street.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Jackson street between S. 12th street and S. 13th Street; Snyder avenue between S. 13th street and Juniper street; Jackson street between S. 6th street and S. 7th street; Mercy street between S. 7th street and S. 8th street; Watkins street between S. 11th street and S. 12th street; S 7th street between Johnston street and Oregon Ave; Moyamensing avenue between S. 5th street and S. 6th street.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: S. 12th street between Jackson street and Wolf Street; Emily street between S. 6th street and S. 5th street; Winton street between S. 5th street and S. 6th street; Mercy street between S. 5th street and S. 6th street; Sigel street between S. 5th street and S. 6th street; S 4th street between Mifflin street and McKean St; McKean street between S. 5th street and S. 6th street; Sigel street between S. 5th street and S. 4th street; S. 3rd street between Mifflin street and McKean street.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Montrose street between S.7th street and S. 8th street; Montrose street between S. 9th street and S. 10th street; Montrose street between S. 10th street and S. 11th street; Beulah street between Montrose street and Carpenter street.

Also naming Chestnut Street between 12th and 13th Streets in the "Gayborhood" as "Michael Hinson Way" to honor the life and legacy of Philadelphia's first appointed liaison with the city LGBTQ+ communities by Mayor John F. Street.

Also naming Federal Street, between 6th and 7th Streets, as "Bob Pantano Way".

Authorizing Pat Olivieri, d/b/a Pat's King of Steaks, to vend from a location in the right of way adjacent to the Pat's Steaks location in the vicinity of 9th and Wharton Streets, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing Norris Street Holdings, LLC to install, own, and maintain a Streetery in the Right-of-Way adjacent to 2401 E. Norris Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125-2913, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk caf? in the vicinity of 2401 E. Norris Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," to add a new Section, entitled "Reserved Permit Parking for Residents with Disabilities," authorizing establishment of a program to provide dedicated vehicle-specific permit parking for certain individuals with a disability, under certain terms and conditions.

Establishing parking regulations, one-way regulations and a closure of the public right-of-way to motor traffic regulation in the vicinity of Washington Avenue from 4th Street to Water Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing Norris Street Holdings, LLC to install, own, and maintain a Streetery in the Right-of-Way adjacent to 2401 E. Norris Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125-2913, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2501, 2855, 2857 Amber Street; 2143, 2155, 2157 E. Birch Street; 2134, 2172 E. Cambria Street; 2103, 2107 E. Cumberland Street; 2107 E. Dakota Street; 2478, 2480 Emerald Street; 2022 E. Fletcher Street; 1929, 1935, 1943, 2215-17 E. Harold Street; 2637, 2639, 2643, 2645, 2649 Janney Street; 2536 Jasper Street; 2639, 2641, 2643, 2653 Kensington Avenue; 2068 E. Monmouth Street; 1844 E. Oakdale Street; 2140, 2151, 2153, 2156 E. Orleans Street; 2646, 2658 Ritter Street; 2089 E. Somerset Street; 2106, 2133, 2135, 2250, 2252 E. William Street located in the 1st Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Appointing Elizabeth Woods to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District.

Appointing Louis Tice to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Wood Street, 4th Street, Vine Street, and Lawrence Street.
