Appointing Bridget Foy to the Board of Directors for the South Street Headhouse District.

Authorizing the relocation of the curblines of Watts Street, from Pine Street to a point northwardly therefrom, on City Plan No. 308, and the plotting on said City Plan of an area for public pedestrian use extending along the westerly side of said Watts Street and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said area for public pedestrian use, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 2134-36 E. Clearfield Street in the 1st Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1900 E. Lehigh Avenue located in the 1st Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Calling upon The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) to use projected climate rainfall information to prioritize actions to fix raw sewage overflows and urging PWD to use real world climate related rainfall data to project the impacts of their Green City Clean Water (GCCW) plans.

Amending Chapter 12-1100 ("Miscellaneous Regulations and Penalties") and Chapter 12-2800 ("Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations") of The Philadelphia Code, making revisions to disability parking space standards and procedures, creating an application process for residential disability parking spaces limited for use by a specific person with disability, creating a new administrative hearing process, and amending applicable penalties.

Authorizing the Committee on Education to hold hearings to examine the sudden closing of the University of the Arts (UArts). The impact this sudden closing will have on the Philadelphia higher education system and most importantly the negative impacts on the current student body and staff.

Approving the First Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington-Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, identified by house number and street address as 2451-2453 Frankford avenue; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the First Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement with BMK Properties, LLC and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the First Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement.

Amending Chapter 12-900 ("Parking Regulations and Penalties") and Chapter 12-2800 ("Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations") of The Philadelphia Code to add prohibitions and penalties related to parking certain large vehicles, including boats, motor homes, house coaches, house trailers, truck campers, recreational cargo trailers, and recreational trailers, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 12-3400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use of An Automated Speed Enforcement System to Improve Safety on Roosevelt Boulevard," by providing for the use, administration and enforcement of automated speed cameras on Broad Street and making related technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Snyder Avenue, 6th Street, Cantrell Street, and 7th Street.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 944 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123, under certain terms and conditions.

Initiating action to a neighborhood improvement District, known as the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District ("District"), in an area that generally includes both sides of East Passyunk Avenue from the south side of Federal Street to the east side of South Broad Street, certain blocks of streets that intersect that portion of East Passyunk Avenue, both sides of South Broad Street from the north side of McKean Street to the north side of Snyder Avenue, and the west side of South Broad Street from the south side of Mifflin Street to the north side of McKean Street; designating the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District, Inc., which has organized itself as a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, as the Neighborhood Improvement District Management Association for the District; approving a plan for the District, including a list of proposed improvements and their estimated cost, and providing for assessment fees to be levied on property owners within the District; aut...
