Renaming 5th Street between Huntingdon and Somerset St to "Jesse Malpica Bermudez Way" to honor the life and legacy of Jesse Malpica Bermudez, a cultural icon, advocate, and champion of Latin music and community empowerment in Philadelphia.

Honoring and congratulating Chris Bartlett on the occasion of his retirement from the William Way LGBT Community Center after fifteen years of dedicated service on June 30, 2025.

Honoring and recognizing civilian oversight of policing in Philadelphia, established originally in 1958, emphasizing that mutual respect and cooperation are essential for improving public safety and police-community relations and further proclaiming June 9th as "Civilian Police Oversight Day" in the City of Philadelphia.

Approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the University City Unit 5 Urban Renewal Area, identified by house numbers and street addresses as 3223-3233 Race Street and 213 North Thirty-third Street, and 215-217 North Thirty-third Street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Neighborhood Gardens Trust and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Ruscomb Street, Broad Street, Loudon Street, Carlisle Street, and Windrim Avenue.

Amending Chapter 17-100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Procurement Contracts," by revising Section 17-101, entitled "Prequalification of Prospective Bidders for Contracts for Construction of Public Works," to establish minimum workforce training requirements and documentation standards for contractors and subcontractors on public works projects, all under certain terms and conditions.
