THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, DENNIS KIRBY (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 2101 E York St, Philadelphia, PA 19125 D/B/A The Monkey Club A total of four (4) tables and sixteen (16) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the south sidewalk of Amber Street along the property line of 2101 East York Street and will encroach a distance of approximately two feet eleven inches (2’-11”) towards the north along the south footway of Amber Street starting from a point approximately twenty-five feet six inches (25’-6”) east of the York Street east curbline to a point approximately twenty-six feet six inches (26’-6”) farther east leaving a minimum six feet (6’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
