Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Cleveland Street from Girard Avenue northwardly to Stiles Street, and striking from the City Plan and vacating Stiles Street from 18th Street westwardly to 19th Street, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-403 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by: a. Striking from the City Plan and vacating Cleveland Street from Girard Avenue northwardly to Stiles Street. b. Striking from the City Plan and vacating Stiles Street from 18th Street westwardly to 19th Street. SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law: a. The acquisition by Saint Joseph's Preparatory School of all parcels located within the boundaries of Girard Avenue to the south, Ridge Avenue to the west, Cabot Street to the north, and 18th Street to the east, including the parcels located at 1221-33 N. 19th Street, 1827-35 W. Cabot Street, 1837-39 W. Cabot Street, and 1811 W. Stiles Street. b. The filing of an agreement, satisfactory to the City Solicitor, by the owner(s) of property affected thereby, to release the City from all damages or claims for damages which may arise by rea…
